You'd need to grab the latest 3.1.6 or 3.2.0b4 snapshot from
http://www.htdig.org/files/snapshots/ and use the url_rewrite_rules
attribute in either of those.  See htdoc/attrs.html in the source
for information on how to use this attribute.
