Guys, I guess the problem is due to the timezone passed to the strftime 
function, when the local_time flag is set to false.

I think we should find a way to ignore the ZONE flag in this case. Can you 
find a more elegant solution?

To find the error I had a look at the RFC 2616 (HTTP
1.1), which says: "All HTTP date/time stamps MUST be
