The snapshot would be about a week old (judging from the 
'wordlist_cache_dirty_level=40' suggestion).  Try setting  
wordlist_cache_dirty_level=4  (the new default value) and it should 
work.  If not, try it reducing it further (to a minimum of 1), and 
let us know about it.

Thanks for the feedback!  (Once you get it working, it would be great 
if you could run some tests for us, so we could list IA64 as a 
supported platform.  No worries if you're not in a position to do 
that.)
