I downloaded the most recent version of the code from CVS and noticed that although I'm CVS as myself, some of the files show root as the owner. If I want to run configure as myself, I have to chown. Is this normal and if not, is it a problem with my configuration (of CVS, perhaps) or of something on the sourceforge.net CVS server?
