Gabriele, I've already fixed up the install process etc., using old 3.1.6 man pages. Unless there are new entries, it should just be a matter of copying the new man pages to htdocs/???.[18].in and putting in the @STRING@ templates for the user-definable paths. The old man pages referred to the htdocs directory, but I wasn't sure what configuration variable to use to set that, so I just put ugly comments in saying that it has to be customised...
