Of course. Announcements go to this list, as well as the
htdig-announce list and appropriate news sources (the webpage,
SourceForge, Freshmeat...)

Since you were using the 3.2.0b2 code, you can probably continue to
use the same databases. (It's been a while since I built anything
with the 3.2.0b2 code, so I'm sorry I can't be much more specific.)
In general, from 3.2.0b2 on, the worst case scenario would require
running htdump to produce ASCII versions of the DB and then htload to
upgrade to the new version.
Unfortunately, I can make no guarantees that versions are backwards
compatible, though certainly the same htdump/htload process would
work for versions that have them.
