The move to SourceForge is still a work in progress. Right now, the
documentation is there, but the mailing list archives aren't there or
on the old site. For the time being, you can get at the list archives
at:
http://www.mail-archive.com/index.php3?hunt=htdig
I think for now the whole /files/ sub-tree is still only at htdig.org and
at the European mirror sites for HTTP access, but you can also get them
by FTP access at:
ftp://ftp.htdig.org/pub/htdig/
(this is hosted by sourceforge.net, although it doesn't seem to be working
just now).
See http://htdig.sourceforge.net/mirrors.html for details. Presumably this
page will be updated as the migration progresses.
