[htdig] MySQL + htdig

Is there any problem with htdig and MySQL 3.23.???

My PC was executing "htdig htfuzzy, htmerge", etc and suddenly all indexes
into tables MySQL were duplicated.
For example, there is an index called "count" and another index was added
with name "count_2".

Is there any warning using "mysql" command ??
