I would use the latest CVS snapshot, which for all practical purposes is a

Anonymous CVS seems to be dead across SourceForge--evidently it's a "known
problem," though evidently it hasn't been fixed yet. On the other hand,
the CVS snapshots are taken weekly and are, as always, available at:
<ftp://ftp.htdig.org/pub/htdig/snapshots/>
