If I am running these two commands in a script:

/opt/www/htdig/bin/htdig -u htdig:htd1ggles -i -s
/opt/www/htdig/bin/htmerge -c /opt/www/htdig/conf/htdig.conf -vvv -s

Shouldn't that be clearing out my database every time?  I also have checked
the progress as the statistics dump out and I don't see anything wrong in the
data passing across the screen or in the database file.  Other ideas?
