Hello
We are having the following problem when using persistent connections
with htdig-2.2b03:
When htdig meets a not found or not authorized document, the next
document/s -that should be indexed- is/are not indexed.
We believe this happens because it does not read
the body of the error response when this is not chunked and,
therefore, it considers it as a part of the response of the following
request.
We have already checked that there is no problem if we use
a server giving the chunked error response.
Any help?
The fragment of the debug leading us to believe this is the following:
Header line:
Header line: Not Found The requested object does not exist on this
server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the
server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the
site administrator of the referring page</A>.^@xHTTP/1.1 200 OK
