I recently started using this option in order to be kinder to servers but
have just commented the line out of my config files. With some instances
of >10,000 pages to be indexed from one server I just can't manage with
only integer seconds control.
Could an alternative be considered please?
Either allow real values to server_wait_time or maybe create a new
server_wait_ms integer option in milli-seconds. I'd like to allow htdig to
run up to at least 10 requests/sec on a server.
