That would depend a bit on your situation.  If you don't mind
the different people potentially having access to each others
data via search, then you can have them use the "restrict" form
variable to limit the search of one big database to their area
of the web (by URL match).  If the data needs to be segregated,
then you'll probably want to maintain separate indices for
each group.
