A PDF file may contain "Subject", "Keywords", "Title" and "Author"
fields, amongst others. The converter script doc2html uses the first
three when generating its HTML output for htdig. Thus anything in
"Subject" is put into a <META NAME="DESCRIPTION" tag, and anything in
"Keywords" goes into a <META NAME="KEYWORDS" tag.
