It doesn't matter so much that it's NT. The indexing follows links from
the start URL or set of URLs. So if you just have a set of unlinked files,
you will need to specify them in the start_url, for example:
start_url: `/path/to/url.file`
local_urls: http://localhost/=/whatever
where the url.file is a list of files to be indexed in "URL form"
