Strange. As you might expect, stream.h defines the base classes... It's
not a UNIX header, per se, merely a C++ header file. It usually comes with
the C++ compiler, or libstdc++.

I just made a note to go buy some RAM and I'll try to compile the current
build this weekend on 10.0.3.
