It's a known bug, but there isn't a known fix. (Sorry if this sounds
lazy--the code is in the htword/mifluz code, which has been updated by the
mifluz project but not re-merged with the ht://Dig version.)
I'm trying to work things out with Loic Dachary so we can re-synch the two
projects again.
