I am a newbie to this list and ht://Dig, I have however managed to set it up
and am using Manuel Lemos most excellant php class - Htdig indexing and
searching Web pages engine interface available at:
http://phpclasses.upperdesign.com/browse.html/package/26
I have indexed my first site and even excluded all user directories
(~/whatever) this is way cool, this brings me on to my question, we develop
a few corpoarte pages here and there and I would just love to be able to
index each one in its own database and provide search functionality for
them. I have read through most of the documentation, especially the FAQ, and
the list archives, but really can't see how to set this up without running
mutiple copies of htdig, is there a way of indexing mutiple sites, storing
each in its own database, then using htsearch on each site to search its own
database? Please excuse me if this is a rather dumb question but I am a
newbie afterall (c:
Any help would be much appreciated,
