To call it an old one is so far beyond an understatement that the word
understatement is in itself an understatement.  "Old one" implies that
it may not be quite dead yet.  Not only has this subject been beaten to
death, it's been drawn and quartered, shot at, decapitated, and buried
6 feet under for good measure.  It's subsequently been exhumed on at
least three separate occasions for further floggings.  It's a hard one
to pin down with a quick browse of the archives because people use so
many different ways of describing the same problem, so the only effective
keyword search for this in the archives would require knowing the solution
ahead of time to search for the attribute involved.  ("maximum_pages"
has 58 matches as of today, with undoubtedly more to come.)

Here's a tip, though.  If you suspect it's an old one, or ought to be,
you should check the FAQ before reporting it.

I'm still amazed at the number of people who actually WANT to look at
more than 100 results, rather than refining their search.
