At last, it now works. Yes I did have locale: in my config file, the
problem is somewhat odd, I have tried with locale: sv_SE and locale:
sv_SE-ISO8859-1 and locale: sv none of them worked. 
Then I tried something I didn't expect to work, locale: swedish, and
voila that worked for some reason. If you have any clue why swedish
works and not sv_SE I would love to hear it =)

Yepp I'm aware of that, but the LC files was missing at first.
