Oh, dear! Do you have a backup of the patches? If not, it seems that Jesse's mirror site, http://www.opdenbrouw.nl/htdig/maindocs/patches/ is up to date (3.1.6 has a patch from last Friday). So, until your site is back up, I guess we should recommend Jesse's. A word of caution about this mirror site, though: it seems that some patches which are outdated and were moved to the "Old" directory, at least for 3.1.6, are still in the main directory as well (e.g. synonyms.0, which actually predates the 3.1.6 official release).
