Oh mamma mia!

    Sorry ... I had never realized it was changed! Because ... yes ... it 
is changed, isn't it? But ... I gave a look at the Changelog and you 
modified it 2 years ago!!!!

    I had never tried it as long as the previous one did not work as I 
expected. So this 'new' remove_default_doc, is applied during indexing and 
before normalization, isn't it? And ... there are no more duplications, 
aren't they? If it is so ... I know I am stupid ... but I don't care, 
that's simply great. I can't try it now though, because it is late and it's 
dinner time, but I'll try it tomorrow morning.

    Thanks a lot Gilles, I owe you a pizza ... :-P
