We have implemented htdig and it is running well for most of our site.
There are however, several files I would like to search but appear to
not be indexed. I am using ht://dig 3.1.6, on a RH 7.2 system. Apache
1.3.20 is the web server. I have identified the URL's of the various
web servers (virtual servers on the same box). (history: as an
architectural firm we want to use standard CAD details for our projects
rather than have draftsmen redraw them over and over.) AutoCAD 2002 (we
are actually using Architectural Desktop 3.3, an architectural flavor of
AutoCAD 2002) allows the creation of automated web pages from drawings
in a specific directory. It creates a number of java scripts and
displays it all in a framed page. There is no real html in the base
frame and the content is rendered via the java scripts. Hence, rundig
doesn't find anything. I went and modified the base frame document
adding in some words particular to the details we are testing. These
"words" are placed in a "noframe" tag. After running rundig again, the
words do not show up in the wordlist and still cannot be found.
Whew, kinda long winded, I know, but I'm doing something wrong, can
anyone help point me in the direction to get these files indexed and
searchable?
