I'm assuming that you're asking why so few files have changed recently in
the snapshots? There are a few reasons:
1) Several projects are in development outside of the main CVS
2) The number of active developers has gone down considerably since last
year
 
 (HINT! This means if you have even a small amount of time to contribute,
  you can make a big impact!)

3) Some development is "logjammed" until some of the major projects in
(1) are finished. For example, the merge with the current mifluz code may
break code fixes in indexing, etc.

So it's not surprising or incorrect that few files have changed since
January.

Remember--this is open software and anyone can help! The more help, the
faster development will go.
