OK.  And then what?  Installing the ipolish package will give you
/usr/lib/ispell/polish.aff, but no polish.0.  How did you get the latter?
Did you zcat and combine all the dictionaries in /usr/share/ispell/polish?
How did you set your dictionary file attributes in htdig.conf?

I'm not sure what you mean here.  Do you mean you need endings expansion
on non-Polish words too?  Do you need expansion of incomplete words, i.e.
as the prefix algorithm does, and not just expansion of a complete word
to related words?

Maybe you need to take a few steps back as clearly state exactly what
you're trying to accomplish, as I don't think that's been satisfactorily
explained yet, leaving us to assume/guess what you want.  If it will help,
please give examples.  If the examples are Polish words, please explain
them so we know what they are, how they're related to each other, and
whether they're complete words or not.  Your earlier example of "hom"
and "home" didn't do much to explain this.
