Someone asked this a while back and I saved the answer, since I'll need it
myself eventually:

"There is a Perl Script named htdigalizer.pl on
http://www.htdig.org/contrib/
that converts ht://Dig logs into CLF logs. The result can be piped into
webalizer.
You can see a live example at http://www3.vinci-melun.org/htdigalizer/. This
is in french.
htdigalizer.pl doesn't work well with accented characters. You'll have to
patch it a little."
