In the 3.1.x releases, there is no easy way to remove one URL, unless it 
starts to return an error code (i.e. 404 file not found, etc.). In the 
case of an error code from the server, htmerge will remove the file if 
the remove_bad_urls attribute is set:

In the 3.2 betas, you can use the htpurge program.
