Have a look at the messages below from the archives, and follow the "Thread" link in each to see related messages in those two threads. The real key to the solution would be to trace back in the htdig output to the failure that occurred before the "no server running" error messages started appearing. That will indicate the actual reason why htdig determined the server wasn't running for that domain. If the threads below don't cover that particular error, followup with the actual error message you're getting before all the no server running messages.
