htdig views webpages similar to the way you view them in a browser. As long as there is a link to the content and it will display correctly in your browser htdig should index it. Give it a try and see what happens.
Make sure that each page you want indexed has at least one link pointing to it. You could also setup a 'spider' page with links to all pages on your site. htdig also allows you to specify the urls to index (in the configuration file, though I don't remember the exact syntax - It's in the docs somewhere). If you are using ? in the url - ie domain.com/article.php?id=123 Then check the configuration file to make sure you are not excluding url's containing '?'
