Hi, Although I set up ht://dig and know how to alter the .conf files for different sites, I am not really a web designer, and thus this question might be a little "strange" :)
The web team have recently tried to set up ht://dig so that the search page uses a shtml wrapper. This includes some other pages through the use of SSI, and they were not being picked up on the results page. After looking around I think I know that this can't be done as the results page is returned from the CGI, and not parsed in the same was as a normal .shtml page, so can someone confirm that saying "it can't be done" and they will have to make a static page for the results is the correct answer? The other question they have asked me is regarding the stars/rating bullets. They also wanted to have something like this : <img class="inlinimg" src="/htdig/assets/star.gif" alt="*" border="0">'s As the search result bullet points, however whenever they do this, they are all on seperate lines, i.e. o o o o Rather than ooooo Is there anyway I/they can change this? -- Thanks, Andrew McCall Internet/Linux System Administrator I.C.T.
