Hi I'm using Htdig as search engine for a site, I have full control over page design, so could add keywords etc to the html being indexed.
What I'd like to do is display a thumbnail alongside each returned result summary. Can anyone suggest a way I could add a variable to the results template that would allow me to display a thumbnail. The Htdig site just went down, otherwise I'd still be looking there, but perhaps someone has done this? I've tried to get my head round the PHP wrapper, but it looks really clunky, so I'm hoping that there is a way of massaging Htdig to help me do this.
