[htdig] running doc2html.pl by command line

Hi Everyone
Why guys!!!, why!! when I do:

# perl /var/www/cgi-bin/doc2html.pl decreto_10-02.doc application/msword

I get the follow message:

"Can't open file decreto_10-02.doc"

Where is my wrong?
