Hello, I'm a new user of HtDig and it works great. Now I want index all kind of files (.exe, .dll) in the specified folder. I have also a little simple script, which extracts all character strings from the files. The files are listed in db.docs, but no character strings. The same script works with .doc .xls and .pdf.
Any Idea? PS: The fileendings (exe, dll) are not listed in the "bad extensions"-line of htdig.conf. Thanks for Help! D.
