I'm using a perl based wiki system and trying to let htdig index some perl pages without suffix. The start_url in htdig.conf is set as follows:

start_url: http://myServer/wiki/ \
 http://myServer/wiki/troja \
 http://myServer/wiki/database \
 http://myServer/wiki/eks \
 http://myServer/wiki/rewe

htdig indexes the first three pages troja, database andekswithout any problem, but failed to index the rewe, although rewe has the same internal structure and access permissions as the other three.

If you haven't already done so, carefully check your config file to verify that there is no white space after the last '\'. Also check for non-printing characters (e.g. cat -v). If the config file looks OK, try running htdig with multiple -v arguments and read through the output. If the URL is being rejected for some reason, that should show up in the output.
