[htdig] Multiple Templates for 1 Search

I’m looking over the documentation for htdig and I can’t figure out how to do multiple templates. Is there a page I’m missing? Maybe a guide somewhere? I have two separate websites with their own look and feel and I want them both to use the same search database.
