Please change your convention for including C++ headers.
The proper way to include them is through <iostream> <fstream> <ostream> and then have a
using namespace std;


not <iostream.h> etc...

Many systems do not have the .h versions anymore in the default paths for compilers (I know g++ 3.3.3 doesn't).
They are for old compiler versions.
