I had a quick question that I thought I saw a response to earlier but
couldn't find today.
I have a set of dynamically generated PHP pages which I would like to index.
All of the content sits in folders, both the filenames and the folder names
sit in mySQL where they are called by PHP.
E.g.,
FOlder1-
-doc1
-doc2
Folder2 -
-doc3
-doc4
Rather than try to feed all of the possible PHP combinations to force a
bunch of "canned URLs", I thought that it would be easier to create a shell
script that indexed these. E.g., from the top of the folder hierarchy,
created an html file that referred recursively to all of the folders and
docs within, or to all of the folders and then in each folder an index html
file for all the documents.
Is there a contributed item I have overlooked that does something like this?
I thought that I saw a perl script referenced at one point.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
