Hm, if the obvious thing (using exclude_url) does not work, you could
try adding the noindex-meta directive to the "?printer=1"-page - if
that's possible...

Btw: the / in "/?printer=1" shouldn't be there, should it? Is this a
copy'n'paste-mistake?
