I have htdig 3.1.6 on a Cobalt RaQ550.
I downloaded rundig.sh from your web site and put it in /etc/cron.daily to run at 4am each morning. I now get an error when trying to do a search. It says 'Dig error. Did you run htmerge'. I ran ./rundig and rebuilt the db and all is OK. I have removed the script from cron.daily until I find out what happened. Any ideas please?
