Apparently some versions of the IE browser require the pdf mime type to be defined by:
application/x-pdf pdf
But this pdf mime type definition will cause htdig to fail during the indexing because Apache will return NOT HTML if the x-pdf mime type is used.
In other words, htdig won't index unless the mime type is defined by:
application/pdf pdf
Anyone have a solution to this problem?
