HtDig has been running fine for about 1 year. However for the last few days
I have gotten this error message:
WordDB: CDB___memp_cmpr_read: expected DB_CMPR_FIRST flag set at pgno = 4124
WordDB: PANIC: Invalid argument
DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
What version of ht://Dig are you using? How large are your databases?
Anything approaching 2 GB?
Have you tried removing the existing databases and reindexing from
scratch?
You might also want to take a look at the following thread. In one case
this problem was reported as being due to a shell resource limit.
