Hello Michael

I've copied the whole htdig-directory to the Home-directory of the second site
and configured the rundig and htdig.conf on this path and the other Domainname
(www.b.com). But when I start the rundig, it always go to the other domainname
(www.a.com). Could it be, that this problem occurs, because I use the htdig of
the SuSE distribution?

In that case this should be no problem. (Sorry for the delay in replying, I had
a week off work to do some DIY)

For each site/virtual host you need to create a separate config file, and
additional database directories.

Depending on which method you use to call htdig you will then need to modify
that to run htdig once per site, with the parameters changed to point to the
appropriate config file each time.

Each config file should start off being identical, apart from:

database_dir: /var/htdig
Change to:
database_dir: /var/site2

And:
start_url: http://www.somewhere.org/site1/index.html
Change to:
start_url: http://www.somewhere.org/site2/index.html

Also check for:
local_urls:
And
limit_urls_to:

These both need to be sane in each circumstance, but probably are anyway.

Hope that helps,
Mike
