I should have mentioned that once you click on
<http://www.htdig.org/confindex.html>, then you click on "Alphabetical"
over on the left-hand side, under "Attributes", then scroll down and
click on "include".
No worries, I should've used a bit of common sense to figure out where
include was documented :)
