I am running htsearch via php, with the binary in the cgi-bin directory.
The htsearch binary I have uploaded needs libstdc++.so.5, which is not installed on the server. I am not the server administrator (I can't even know what Linux distribution is installed on it). A year ago I solved the same problem on a RH box with the help of Mike Causer, who lend me an rpm of htdig containing an htsearch binary compiled to match that distro's libs.
