Dear ht://Dig Group, I maintain a front-end website that's hosted on an outside server (with Earthlink) that uses ht://Dig 3.1.5 (or 3.1.2 -- I spoke with two Earthlink tech support reps, and one told me it was ver 3.1.5, and the other said it was ver 3.1.2). I am trying to install version 3.1.6 for it's organized ranking feature (it doesn't look like version 3.1.5/3.1.2 can organize the ranking of search results starting with the most relevant at the top).
I spoke with Earthlink's tech support and they said that our account does not have shell access. Is there any way for me to run the installation without shell access?
