I did this way. But it doesn't work yet as I would.

Infact if I re-run htdig without options, trying to update only a part of the whole database, it works very well. It recognizes the changed files and not found ones too. But I would like to make it run with "-a" option, that would allow me to make it searchable while the updating process.

Here it is:

As you can see, it removes the file that it doesn't find.
