We've fixed some smallish memory leaks since 3.1.0b4... But we're talking
a few bytes here and there.

That is to say you have 4.6 million URLs? If so, I wouldn't think about
small memory leaks. Instead I'd realize that I'm trying to index about an
order of magnitude more URLs than ht://Dig has before. I hope you're just
grabbing one page per URL... :-)
