Unfortunately you haven't given us enough information to help you out
much. Knowing the version of ht://Dig, the OS and so on would help.
Another problem is that the page you mention may not be *linked* from
anywhere. If there aren't HTML links to the page, ht://Dig won't find it.
Finally, it's very helpful to run the htdig program with the additional
flag of -vvvv. This will spit out a *huge* amount of information about
what it's doing as it goes through the website. In particular, it will
give some reason as to why it rejects URLs.
