May I suggest that, in the next release, wrapper.htm become the
standard installation option. We obviously have to keep the
header/footer.htm
options for backwards compatibility, but wrapper.htm is so much easier to
use, and our distributing BOTH wrapper.htm and header/footer.htm seems
confusing to many people.
