The configuration file looks fine, but one thing that I noticed is it
seems to be missing some of the telltale signs of more recent versions,
like the maintainer attribute. What version are you running anyway?
If you're still running one of the 3.0.8bx versions, you're out
of luck -- they don't support meta descriptions. I recommend
you upgrade to 3.1.1, or the development snapshot of 3.1.2 (in
http://www.htdig.org/files/snapshots) to get meta description support.
The full 3.1.2 release will probably be out next week, if you can wait.
If you're already running one of the 3.1 series, which version is it?
They should all support meta descriptions, but there were some bugs in
the earlier beta releases.
